We do have a tenant application process that takes on average 24-48 hours, dependent on receipt of verifications from employers, previous landlords, and/or other verification sources.
Some of the qualifying factors are (but not limited to) the following: credit history, rental history, gross minimum income (income should be 3 times the rent amount), criminal history (sex offenders are automatically disqualified). Any falsification of information will automatically disqualify the applicant.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 per applicant and all occupants age 18 and over must submit a complete application with fee. Application fees must be in the form of cashier’s check or money orders and submitted with the application.
